Welcome to The Embodied Empress Academy ("TEEA").
By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any content inside The Embodied Empress Academy ("Academy," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.
1. MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS
TEEA is a monthly subscription-based digital membership. Upon enrollment, you gain access to our library of self-paced teachings, practices, group sessions, and a private community. This content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
All content is delivered digitally. No physical products or one-on-one coaching are included. You may use this material during your active subscription period only.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, meditations, community posts, written materials, branding, logos, and trademarks are the sole property of The Embodied Empress Academy and/or its content creators. You may not reproduce, copy, share, sell, publish, or redistribute any material in whole or in part.
Violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
3. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Harass, harm, threaten, or defame other members or staff.
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content in the community.
• Use the membership space to promote other products or services (no spamming or self-promotion).
Violation of community guidelines will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
You understand and agree that The Embodied Empress Academy is a self-guided educational and energetic development space. It does not guarantee any specific results. Your results depend on your own effort, energy, and actions. We make no medical, psychological, or financial claims.
The content provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a professional where needed.
5. BILLING & PAYMENTS
• TEEA is billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• There are no refunds under any circumstance, including non-use of the product. This is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon purchase.
• Failed payments will trigger an 8-day grace period. If payment is not resolved, your access will be revoked.
If you use a coupon or promo code, your discounted pricing will remain active as long as your subscription is uninterrupted.
6. CANCELLATION
To cancel:

2 Click your profile (top right)
3 Select Billing → Active Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription
No additional charges will be made after cancellation. Access continues until your current billing period ends.
7. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 18 years or older to enroll in The Embodied Empress Academy. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], without regard to conflict of law principles.
